Return Policy
RETURNS
We do not offer refunds on returned products. We will gladly give an exchange or in-store credit.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept books on exchange or return for any reason other than manufacturer’s defect.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* Sealed packaging that has been opened (CD, strings, etc.)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, bring your item to Riverside Music at 16 Dundas St. West, Trenton, ON, K8V 6V9, Canada.
IN-STORE CREDIT
If your return is approved, we will offer you opportunity to exchange your item for credit toward another in-store item, or will give you an in-store credit voucher for the amount of the return.
